Summary

The desire to share my experience and research on the after effects of dealing with PTSD has changed my life. I wanted people to know that with the correct resources they can be freed from pain, fear, and disappointment too. As the world moves further into the digital age, help has become readily available just by accessing ones computer. 
In truth, I could not have achieved my current level of success without my husband, sons and strong family ties. I want to let you know that family matters, regardless of their status, and unwavering support.
