Summary

This is a chronicle of my journey through life's trauma including experiencing emotional abandonment, sexual abuse, PTSD and divorce, my opportunity for metamorphosis (conscious state change) to the metaphysical (finding spirit within). 
A journey whee I have come to realis that my story is just my story - it is not me. I can now consciously choose to be the best version of who I am and in the process I have peace in th vitues of kindness and humility.
