Summary

Jude Danvers is no virgin, but after a two-year dry spell, he might as well be. No wonder he can't stop peeping on his sexy new neighbor, whose dining room window just happens to face his own. When the poor guy has a table set for two and a date who doesn't show, Jude puts a covert plan into action to invite himself over and try to see if he can't find romance a little closer to home for a change.

Evan Peters is a virgin who, after coming out to his long-time roommate, moved out to start a life on his own and wants to lose his virginity as fast as he can. Namely, by inviting random strangers over to dinner, none of whom have taken him up on his offer yet. When his new neighbor Jude comes to the rescue after one such disastrous non-date, the two strike a sexy deal: Jude will finally punch Evan's V-card and, since Jude's first time with some musclebound hunk on the down low was so disastrous, Evan will be his "do over."

Will the one-night stand be a match made in heaven? Or will the two screw it all up by catching feelings and making it a one-life stand instead?

    It’s the year 2004 A.D
JuandreAt twenty-two, my existence was crusty. It was a Friday afternoon when I was racing like the Red Queen down the interstate from New York to Lexington, Kentucky, feeling like I would never reach my destination and, simultaneously, reluctant to start my life as a straight-married man and a father-to-be.
When I crossed the bridge at the Ohio River, I swung my sexy sports car over to the first R&G (rainbow and glitter) establishment for a martini or three. One olive turned into several before I returned to the highway, wired and waving off my newfound besties, whom I will probably never see again. Their enthusiastic motivational pep talks convinced me to take a chance, find the man of my dreams, and ask for what I wanted.Juandre and Andrew’s Story—Before the Doomsday of 2046 A.D. The Top 100 bestseller, an unforgettable story about being brave enough to be yourself, from author Clare Swatman
Starting over can be hard to do…
So when mum of two Beth moves out of her beloved marital home and into an unloved and unkempt cottage, she can’t help but feel demoralised. Faced with months of DIY and dust, her children Jacob and Olivia aren’t impressed either. But when Beth finds a box of letters while she’s clearing out the children’s room, things start to look up.
The correspondence is decades old, between agony aunt Evelyn and those in need of solace. Intrigued as to why the letters have been kept safe all these years, Beth can’t resist reading them, and as the wisdom and kindness of Evelyn falls off the pages, so Beth starts to feel she has a friend and champion in this woman she has never met.
Good advice doesn’t age, and as life starts to look brighter, Beth begins to wonder if she could track down Evelyn and thank her for her help. But as Beth uncovers more about Evelyn’s story, it becomes clear that everything is not as it seems. And now Beth is determined to bring peace to Evelyn as she has to her.
A spell-binding, heart-warming story of friendship, love and being brave enough to be yourself. Perfect for all fans of Jojo Moyes, Beth Moran and Ruth Jones.

Sequel to Findley Black and the Ghosts of Printer's Devil
Findley Black knows a little something about serial killers. What he doesn't know is why anyone would want to reenact a series of murders that took place more than ninety years ago, which he's read a great deal about as part of his annual Halloween ghosts tours. Unless, of course, it's not a copycat at all and the Reaper of Shivelly Park is back for vengeance.
Owen Key never considered himself much for domesticity, but the last two years with his boyfriend Findley have him reevaluating his priorities. His family at The Printer's Devil is growing, he has a new book on the way, and he wants nothing more than to make Findley an honest man. And what better time to pop the question than on Halloween, the second anniversary of their sort-of first date?
But the night has other plans, and Findley and Owen will find themselves with something more pressing than a romantic evening. The ghost of the Shivelly Park Reaper is on the loose. But when no one believes them, they have no choice but to take matters into their own hands. Because, well ... the Reaper might just get away with it if not for Findley, Owen, and the kids. And Bella. You can't forget the cat.
