Alessandra is a certified conflict resolution specialist who eamed her law, business, and master’s degrees from both Italian and American Institutions. Additionally, she is a Professor of Business Law at the University of California San Diego as well as visiting Professor of Conflict Dispute Resolution and Mediation in many International Universities. Ms. Sgubini published over two dozen articles on conflict dispute resolution, negotiation, and mediation that have been distributed on the international level.
