Summary

On a sunny day, Mizzi Mozzi meets a creature named Anna Capuccina, who reveals her city of Phenezia is sinking beneath the waves. The city sits upon an ancient turtle dragon named Dagotutti, who has grown weak because the creatures no longer bring him gelato. Mizzi Mozzi comes up with a clever plan to lift the city so Dragotutti can swim away and regain his strength. But just as Dragotutti finishes his gelato break, a villain named Machiavelliato sabotages the city, sending Phenezia plummeting once more. Will Mizzi Mozzi conjure another brilliant idea in time to save the drowning city?
