Όπου και να κοιτάξει ο άνθρωπος στον θαυμαστό κόσμο των ζώων μένει κατάπληκτος: από τα μικροσκοπικά έντομα και τις πολύχρωμες πεταλούδες, τις μέλισσες και το εξαίσιο δώρο που μας χαρίζουν, τα ατελείωτα είδη των πουλιών και τα μελωδικά τους κελαηδήματα, την αναρίθμητη ποικιλία των ψαριών, τα τεράστια κήτη, μέχρι τις πολυϊστορημένες κοινωνίες των θηλαστικών, μικρών, μεγάλων, ήμερων και άγριων. Μας συγκινούν πολύ και τα «αισθήματά» τους, ανάλογα και με τη δική μας ευαισθησία. Ιδιαίτερα, όμως, μας συγ­κινεί η αγάπη τους προς εμάς. Επειδή οι Άγιοι έχουν υπερβεί την φθαρτή ανθρώπινη φύση και έχουν γίνει θεοειδείς, μας μεταφέρουν σ' έναν τέλειο κόσμο, χαμένο: τον πρώτο μετά τη Δημιουργία, όπου υπήρχε απόλυτη αρμονία ανάμεσα στον άνθρωπο και όλη την Κτίση. Οι Άγιοι είχαν μια αγάπη για τα ζώα ασυγκρίτως μεγαλύτερη από αυτήν όλων των φιλόζωων. Είχαν την αγάπη του θεού για τα πλάσματά Του! Ξεκινήστε ένα ωραίο ταξίδι με τη φαντασία και την καρδιά σας, διαβάζοντας αληθινές ιστορίες που θα σας εκπλήξουν, θα σας ευχαριστήσουν και θα σας διδάξουν.

    The first epistle of Saint Peter was written in Rome 50-67 A.D. 
 Saint Peter exhorts Christians to rejoice in suffering. They should enter into unjust suffering with a spirit of death and resurrection. Thus they partake in Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection.  
The date of the second epistle is most likely A.D 63-67. 
 Saint Peter has probably written this letter while he was kept in prison in Rome. The people to whom he was addressed are most likely Gentiles.  
The world disbelieves, deceives and mocks. Yet, Christians should maintain the Christian way of life, growing continually in holiness and virtues and never turning back to the old way of leaving.
