Wendi L. Adamek
When not writing fiction about Asia, Wendi Adamek spends her time studying it. Born in Hawaii and educated at Stanford, she has lived in many places in Asia and the Pacific. She is currently Numata Chair in Buddhist Studies at the Department of Classics and Religion at the University of Calgary. Her interests include medieval Chinese Buddhism, Buddhist archeology, and permaculture.
