W. Milton Timmons
W. Milton Timmons holds a PhD in communications from the University of Southern California and has taught all aspects of speech, drama, radio, TV, film, and journalism for thirty years. He was head of the Motion Picture Department at Los Angeles Valley College for twenty-two years and, before that, was head of the Broadcasting Department at Sam Houston State University in Texas.
