Tuliah DeSilvia
Tuliah DeSilvia, Miss Tuli, is an educator in Atlanta, Ga. Miss Tuli has a love for children and has volunteered as a reading tutor and currently volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Clayton County, Ga. Her parents, who grew up in St. Thomas, are the inspiration for the characters Perry and Lionel.
