Torquil MacLeod

Torquil MacLeod was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. After a brief career as a teacher and an even briefer one in insurance, in which he didn’t manage to sell a single policy, he worked as a copywriter in advertising agencies in Birmingham, Glasgow and Newcastle before turning freelance. He lives in north-west England with his wife, Susan.
