Pastor Timothy Brewington II was diagnosed with a severe form of aplastic anemia in 1986 when he was 13 years old. His only hope for survival was a bone marrow transplant, a relatively experimental procedure at the time. He endured the many challenges of this life threatening procedure and has made a full recovery.
