Tim Tolliver
Born on August 2, 1957, a son of a coal miner from a little town in southwest Virginia, namely Doran, Tim Tolliver had visions of growing up just like everyone else in his community. After graduating high school from Richlands, Virginia, in the year 1975, marriage and the coal mines were all that were in view.
