Theodies Mitchell Jr.
Theodies Mitchell Jr. was born in Birmingham Alabama. His father was in the US Army and he traveled with his father as he moved from base to base. He started school in Sasebo Japan. In 1969, he joined the US Air Force and retired in 1989. After retirement, he became a Public Health Advisor with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He retired from CDC after 21 years.
