Shamim Aleem
Prof. (Ms.) Shamim Aleem is a Retd. Professor of Social Sciences and now a freelancer writer. She earned her Masters degrees in Political Science and Public Administration and Ph.D. in personnel management. As a Fulbright scholar she worked with the Police Foundation Washington D.C in 1988.
