Scott M. Stanley
Scott M. Stanley is a retired U.S. Navy officer who served worldwide over a twenty-eight year period. Following his military career, he has worked in the private sector sides of both business and academia. He and his wife have raised two daughters and two sons. He currently lives in San Antonio, Texas.
