Sarah Ardizzone
Sarah Ardizzone is an award-winning translator with a special interest in sharp dialogue and multi-heritage slang. Her work spans the French-speaking world and includes fiction, travel memoirs, picture books and graphic novels. Her translation of Faïza Guène’s Kiffe-Kiffe Demain (Just Like Tomorrow) won the Scott Moncrieff Prize and was shortlisted for the Young Minds Book Award. Sarah also translated Dreams from the Endz and Bar Balto by Faïza Guène, to critical acclaim. Born in Brussels and based in Brixton, she lives with her documentary
filmmaker husband and young son.
