Sandra Owens is a retired civil servant who lives in Cardiff; she’s married with four children, eight grandchildren, and two crazy Springer Spaniels.
Sandra always felt she had book “inside her” and believes that you should write about what you know, so her first novel draws on her family’s Italian heritage.
