Rudolph Blanco is a retired business software consultant, specializing in human resources applications. He is an SAP Certified Development Professional, and has published several White Papers, and technical articles in professional journals. He has been a church deacon, teacher, Sunday School Superintendent and enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and grandchildren. Rudolph received his Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Houston.
