Robert Taggart
Roberta Taggart was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is a devoted advocate for the mentally challenged, physically disabled, emotionally disturbed, and high-risk children, youth, adults, and seniors residing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. When she is not writing, she enjoys cooking, music, and dancing. The Poetry of Life is her first book.
