Robert J. Betterton
Bob Betterton was born in 1930 in Syracuse, New York, to two Compliant Catholics. He was brought up in the ethnic based Church of the period, Baptized, making his First Communion and Confirmation on the prescribed schedule.
Bob attended parochial school taught by Nuns; a boys high school taught by Christian Brothers; LeMoyne College and Fordham Graduate School (MFA), both run by Jesuits.
