Robert Hall
Robert Hall is an independent consultant on resilience. He was the Executive Director (2018–2021) and then Director of Strategy (2021–2022) at Resilience First Ltd, which he helped co-found. This is a not-for-profit organisation promoting business community resilience in urban areas. He also served as the Research and Policy Coordinator (2021–2022) for the National Preparedness Commission. He left both positions in May 2022.
