Robert Adler Peckerar
Robert Adler Peckerar is a translator and cultural historian. He is the Executive Director of Yiddishkayt, the West Coast’s premier Yiddish cultural organization, and the CEO of the Topa Institute, an intercultural arts and education center based in the Ojai Valley, California. After receiving his PhD in Comparative Literature from UC Berkeley, he was assistant professor of Jewish culture at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He lives in Southern California with his family.
