Sheilla Darlene Shrock has her RN degree in nursing from the Externals Degree Program from the University of New York. She has been a practicing nurse since 1972. She started her career as an aide, progressing to an LPN and finally reaching her goal of being an RN. Sheilla has been married to one husband for over fifty years.
