Rafael Arcaya Cruzado
Rafael Arcaya Cruzado was born on the 28th of February 1945 in the town of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. He finished his primary studies at the Holy Spirit school in the city of San Juan, where they had moved with his father, mother and two brothers in the year 1949. He attended secondary school at the higher school of the University in the Rio Piedras district of the capital city.
