Peter Benning
Peter Benning was born in London in 1955, growing up in a small village in the South East. He served in the Royal Navy for 15 years around the world and as part of the British Intelligence Community. This time gave him the opportunity to sample the local cuisine in each port visited (you name it, he has probably eaten it!). He then enjoyed a varied career in the Transport Industry before joining the Police Force in SW England as a Clerk and eventually becoming a Firearms Officer.
