OSEI OWUSU – ADUOMI was born in 1951 in Akyem Akropong (in the West Atiwa District) in Ghana. He was educated at the Akyem Akropong Presbyterian Primary and Middle Schools. In 1971 he finished his secondary education at the West Africa Secondary School in Accra. He obtained the West Africa School Certificate in Division two.
