Nicola Tyrer
After graduating from Girton College, Cambridge, with a degre in Modern Languages, Nicola Tyrer went into journalism. She trained on local newspapers, then joined the London Evening News. She worked as an education correspondent during the critical years of reorganisation following the Plowden Report and interviewed Margaret Thatcher when she was Minister of Education. She was headhunted by Sir James Goldsmith's team when he launched the magazine NOW! Since becoming the mother of two...
