Nancy Elizabeth Bedfordwas born in Comodoro Rivadavia, Argentina. She has been Georgia Harkness Professor of Theology at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary since 2003 and is a member of Reba Place Church (Mennonite) in Evanston, IL.
