Morgan Robertson

Morgan Robertson (1861-1915) was an American writer born in Oswego, New York, the son of a Great Lakes captain. He served ten years at sea, worked as a diamond setter until his eyes failed, and wrote sea stories for the magazines. His works include Futility, or the Wreck of the Titan, Down to the Sea, and Land Ho!
