Minister Lisa Thabet was born to William and Margie Borden in Athens, Tennessee (a small community in the Eastern Tennessee). Her parents moved to Clarksville, Tennessee in 1969. She is the 3rd eldest of 7 siblings and the proud mother of 2 sons, Philip and Bryan Perry.
