Melchora A. Damian Bilgera
Melchora Damian Bilgera was born, raised and worked in Bangued at the Divine Word College as a high school and college mentor; she has been a full professor at Philippine Normal University handling graduate and undergraduate courses in the areas of Reading and Linguistics.
