Marcus Towell
Marcus grew up in Bletchley, Buckinghamshire. After leaving school he worked for many years as a civil engineer.
Marcus had a lifelong ambition to write and at the age of 49 he abandoned his engineering career and went to study full-time for a B.A. degree at Lancaster University. He remained at the university and obtained a taught M.A. in Contemporary Literary Studies.
