Luis Troyano
Luis Troyano, a trained graphic designer, beekeeper and baking obsessive, was a finalist on series 5 of The Great British Bake Off. He became known for his ingenious designs and achieved 'some of the most stunning bakes to ever grace the Bake Off tent'. A self-taught cook, Luis has a passion for experimenting with new flavours and ingredients. As a child he spent every summer in Spain with his mother’s family and was brought up with Spanish and Mediterranean food which influences his cooking...
