I was born in Moorhead, Minnesota and lived my entire life in Minnesota. My husband Ted and I have been married 28 years and have three children, two of which joined us on our sailing adventure. I have always loved entertaining and cooking, and enjoyed the challenges of cooking nutritious meals while sailing.
