Lewis S. Brownlow
Lewis Steven Brownlow was awarded a BSc(Hons) in physics from Imperial College London University in 1971 and later a Dip Ed teaching qualification from Sheffield University, England. After a short spell in teaching, he moved to the British Civil Service where he spent the majority of his career in computing and operational research posts.
