Larry Miller
Dr. Larry E Miller has the degrees BS in Chemical Engineering, Th.M. and Doctor of Ministry from Dallas Theological Seminary. Following 30 years as a pastor in City of New Orleans he founded Equippers Ministry International. His post-pastoral years of ministry have focused on the equipping of pastors and other spiritual leaders in the US and Eastern Europe. A major focus has been the evangelism of lost Roman Catholics.
