Krishan Bhatia
I was born in the year 1923 in a Hindu family of moderate means, living in a small countryside town in the District Capital of Punjab. Province of British India. I graduated from high school in the year 1940: by then U had learned to read, write and speak the following languages: Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, English, and Sanskrit- the language of our ancestors.
My parents couldn't afford to send me to college which was 100 miles away from our place. It was wartime and jobs were available everywhere,...
