Khaleda Billah MD.
KHALEDA BILLAH, MD, was born in Bangladesh and started her medical profession at Dhaka Medical College. She began a new life in the United States in 1976.
She continues to practice medicine and write short stories for various newspapers. Her writing may be read in the Weekly Thikana.
The author presently resides in New York. The physician and her extra-academic talent is inspired by her husband, two sons and her many friends in the United States of America and in Bangladesh.
