Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Manzlawiy was born and raised in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held various diplomatic posts representing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Kenya, Washington, D.C., Geneva, New York, and at the League of Arab States in Cairo.
