Kathy is a certified Narrative Therapist, a Harmony Integration certified Life Coach, and a MA(c) in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, with a BA and a BEd in Adult Education. She is a two time published author, with over 20 years of experience in self-help and coaching, including extensive work in the Addictions and Mental Health field.
