Judith Bognar Bean
Judith BOGNAR Bean was born in Budapest, Hungary. Her father, Jozsef Bognar was one of the great leaders of the 1956 Hungarian revolution, rallying thousands of Hungary's citizen to take part in the greatest revolution for Freedom in the 20th century. When the Soviet authorities discovered her father's role in the revolution, they sent a death squad to her father's home to kill him. Fortunately, Joszef was warned shortly ahead of time, and the author, her mother, and father, escaped Hungary...
