J.R. ARRANGUEZ JR.
JOSE ROSELL ARRANGUEZ, JR. comes from the Philippines. He earned his B.S. in English from the University of the Visayas in the city of Cebu. Before he came to USA, June was working as media production specialist II in the Department of Agriculture, Region 7. He had published previously features, fiction and poetry in English, Tagalog, and in his native Cebuano.
