I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. I volunteer at two veteran service agencies. I have researched what you can eat to help you feel better since 1999. I live according to what I wrote in the book. By keeping to the routine explained in my book, I have been able to keep my blood pressure and cholesterol under control and I have improved my mental health and maintained my weight. I first implemented this plan in February 2004 and continue to follow it today.
