His earlier experience was as a School Principal, Superintendent of Schools, Regional Director of Education and University Lecturer (Australia and overseas)
For the past 20 years, he has been a mentor / coach in his own business and for a time with Carnegie Management Group, working with individual CEOs and Senior Executives in the areas of leadership, culture and aligning outcomes with expectations to maximize results.
