Jim Downey
Jim Downey graduated from Columbia Military Academy in Columbia, Tennessee, and enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, serving three tours in Vietnam. He graduated from Northwest State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and earned a master’s degree in management from Webster’s University in Saint Louis, Missouri. He currently volunteers for CASA (court appointed special advocate) for children and lives in Louisiana.
