JL Rogers is a scientist by training and has worked in offices in the pharmaceutical industry all their career. During this time, they have watched colleagues in the office environment demonstrating the very worst and the very best of the human condition. JL Rogers had long wondered about writing a fictional tale based on their experiences of office work but had not quite found the nugget of gold around which to shape the story.
