Frank Bloomer
Frank Bloomer was born and grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin. He comes from a large family having twelve brothers and sisters. He served his country in the armed forces and is a graduate of San Francisco State University. He is employed as a care giver and works with children that have special needs. His hobbies include songwriting and hiking. He and his wife, Kathryn, live in Northern California.
