Ercell H Hoffman
Author Ercell H. Hoffman was born in Cotton Valley Louisiana, the 7th of eight children. Hers was a childhood mixed with creativity, abuse, abandonment and poverty. Rather than focus of these things as negatives, Hoffman says, "I choose to see my history in terms of how it has helped to transform me into a better person, one who is more sensitive to and empathic toward other human beings who have had similar experiences."
