Vera Ogden Bakker loves books, and she loves children. She raised five of her own. Vera taught elementary school in Utah for twenty-six years. Vera wrote picture books for readinga-z.com. Her children's books include Puff's Christmas Miracle, Legs, and Garden Visitors. She recently published a book of poetry entitled Borrowed Breath. Vera has won local and national writing awards.
