Elena Torsiello, is an English As A Second Language teacher in the Willlingboro School District. She teaches K-4. She resides in East Windsor, New Jersey with her husband, James who has learned to cook gluten and dairy free due to her diagnosis of Celiac Disease at the age of 40.
